-First It is January 1st Rachel wants to loose weight so she starts going to the gym
-She has been "working out" for about two weeks and didn't see any difference in her body
-She is watching Tv and she sees an ad for a personal trainer, so since her workouts weren't working she decided to call the trainer
- The trainer agree's to help her
- The next day Rachel has a meeting with the trainer they talk about what Rachel needs to eat and how much carbs, fats and protein she needs for a healthy diet also how much water she needs a day.
-Rachel Doesn't listen to anything the trainer says
